Using the Magic Wand Tool

Sometimes when creating images in Photoshop, you might want your background to be transparent.  In this article we'll show just how simple it can be.


Step One

With your chosen image opened in Photoshop, right click on the layer and choose Layer from Background.

Step Two

Select the Magic Wand tool from the left panel.

Step Three

Using the Magic Wand tool, select the area that you want to remove and press delete, keep repeating until you have everything removed.
